1. Using This Website

By browsing alihamzapro.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please close the tab — no hard feelings. We reserve the right to update these terms, and if we do, we will update the date at the top of this page.

2. What We Do

AliHamzaPro is a digital agency based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We build websites, mobile apps, UI/UX designs, e-commerce stores, and automation tools. Every project is different, so the exact scope, timeline, and price are agreed in a separate project proposal that both sides sign off on. This page covers the general terms that apply to all projects unless a proposal says otherwise.

3. Who Owns What

All the content on this website — text, logos, images, code — belongs to AliHamzaPro or is used with permission. You are welcome to look, but do not copy or reuse it without asking first.

When you hire us for a project, here is how ownership works:

• Once you pay in full, you own the final deliverables (design files, code, etc.)
• We keep the right to show the project in our portfolio and talk about it publicly
• We do not claim ownership of your logo, brand, or content that you provided to us
• If you stop mid-project, you own whatever work has been completed up to that point (paid for)

4. Your Responsibilities

When you work with us, we ask you to:

• Give us accurate information about your business and requirements
• Respond to questions and review deliverables within a reasonable time (5 working days max)
• Provide any content (text, images, logos) that you want on your site by the agreed deadline
• Not ask us to build anything illegal or unethical

Delays on your side usually push the project timeline. That is normal — just let us know and we will adjust the schedule.

5. Payments and Refunds

Every project starts with a deposit (typically 50% of the total). We begin work once the deposit is received. The remaining balance is due on completion, before the final files are handed over.

Our refund policy is simple:

• If we have not started work yet, you get a full refund of the deposit
• If work is in progress, the deposit covers the work done so far; the rest is refunded
• If the project is complete and delivered, no refund — but we will fix any bugs free of charge for 30 days

6. Our Liability

We build things carefully and test them thoroughly. But software is complex, and sometimes things break. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific project. We are not responsible for:

• Lost business revenue or profits
• Issues caused by third-party services (hosting, payment gateways, etc.)
• Problems from changes you or someone else made after we handed over the project

7. Cancellation

Either side can cancel a project by giving written notice. If you cancel, you pay for the work completed up to that point. If we cancel (which we have never done), we refund any unused portion of your deposit.

8. Legal Stuff

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. If a disagreement turns into a legal matter, it will be handled in the courts of Sialkot, Pakistan. That said, we have never sued anyone and hope to keep it that way — most issues can be sorted with a phone call or an email.
