1. What This Covers

We are AliHamzaPro, a small digital agency based in Sialkot, Pakistan. We build websites and apps for clients around the world. This page explains what data we collect when you visit our website or contact us, and what we do with it. We tried to write this in plain English — no legalese, no surprises.

2. What We Collect

When you contact us

If you fill out the contact form or email us, we get your name, email address, phone number, and whatever details you share about your project. We use this only to reply to you and discuss potential work. We do not add you to any mailing list or sell your info to anyone.

When you browse our site

Like most websites, we automatically see basic things like your IP address, what browser you use, which pages you visit, and roughly where you are in the world. We use this to understand how people use our site and to make it better. None of this identifies you personally unless you choose to contact us.

3. Why We Collect It

We use your information for these specific reasons:

• To answer your questions about our services
• To send you a proposal or project estimate if you request one
• To improve our website based on how people actually use it
• To comply with any legal obligations we have as a business registered in Pakistan

4. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your data. Full stop. We do use a few third-party tools to run our business:

• Google AdSense — serves ads on our site, uses cookies (see our Cookie Policy)
• Vercel — hosts our website, processes server logs
• Email providers — to send and receive messages from you

Each of these providers has their own privacy policies, but we only share the minimum data needed for them to do their job.

5. How Long We Keep It

If you contact us about a project, we keep your details for as long as we are discussing that project plus up to one year after that (in case you want to pick things up again). If you become a client, we keep your records for the duration of our work together plus any period required by Pakistani tax law. If you just browsed the site, we keep anonymous analytics data indefinitely — but it cannot be traced back to you.

6. Your Rights

Under data protection laws (including GDPR if you are in Europe), you have the right to:

• Ask us what data we have about you
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
• Ask us to delete your data
• Withdraw any consent you gave us
• Ask us to stop processing your data

7. Data Security

We use standard security measures like HTTPS encryption and secure passwords. We do not store credit card details on our servers. That said, no website is 100% bulletproof. If there is ever a data breach that affects you, we will let you know immediately.
